How to verify bank details
- Bank details appear only inside a proforma invoice (PI) downloaded from your account or sent from an official channel above.
- The PI carries your name and PI number as a watermark on every page.
- Before transferring, message the WhatsApp number above and quote the PI number. We confirm the account name and the last four digits.
- We never change bank details by chat. A message asking you to pay a different account is not from us.

- Ask for payment to a personal account or a money transfer agent.
- Use a mirror domain, a subdomain shop or a different top-level domain.
